Useful Info & Frequently Asked Questions:

I always have more ideas for new work than I can physically make so please watch this space. I will add new pieces as I make them.
I announce these ‘product drops’ through newsletters and on my instagram so if you’re not already following me then please do so @johnmoorestudio and sign up to my newsletter to get first dibs.

If you would like to discuss a commission then I would love to work with you. Please get in touch and we can arrange an initial chat.
It could be an existing design in a bespoke colour way, or maybe you want something completely new and unique to you.
Please be aware that depending on the nature of the commission and my other commitments this can sometimes be a lengthy process so please allow for plenty of time.
I look forward to hearing from you!

What does this mean exactly?
‘One-off’ refers to pieces that are completely unique. There is only one in the world.
‘Unique in a series’ means the piece belongs to a group of pieces that are similar but with individual features that make each one different.
‘limited edition’ means that I will only make a maximum number of repeats of this design and/or in this specific colour way.
A design without any of these tags will remain open ended. If it is well received then I might produce more, or I might not in order to make way for new work.
If you see something you like then it’s best not to hesitate.
-
If a piece you wanted is already sold then I apologise in advance. You can sign up to the waitlist for that design and receive a notification once I’ve been able to make more*. Alternatively, if you can’t wait then you can contact me directly to discuss a special order.
Otherwise keep an eye on my instagram and newsletter for new releases.
*If it was tagged as a ‘one-off’ then I’m afraid you’ve missed out.

Terms & Conditions
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and professional experience for both you as the customer and me as the maker.
1. Handmade Nature of the Work
Each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Slight variations in colour, finish, or form are part of the making process and add to the individuality of the jewellery. These are not considered faults.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and may change without notice. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
For international customers, your bank or credit-card provider may charge currency-conversion or transaction fees — these are outside my control.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, or postal service delays.
Any extended delivery times that I am aware of will be displayed on the main shop page.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.
All orders are carefully packaged and fully insured while in transit, giving you peace of mind until your jewellery arrives safely.
International Orders:
Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by your local customs office upon arrival. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
I am legally required to declare the full value of the item on customs forms and cannot mark parcels as gifts or undervalue them.
4. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return your jewellery, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Sadly, I’m unable to offer a refund for pieces that show signs of wear or damage, or that aren’t returned with their original packaging intact.
You are responsible for return postage costs, and I recommend using a tracked and insured service. Refunds will be issued once the item has been safely received and inspected.
